Vitamin D3K2 Drops

It can be hard for me to get enough vit K and it’s supposed to help with spider & varicose veins, so I was happy to see this pop up in my feed! Drops are an easy solution- easier for me than capsules/pills. The D3 is good to have, too. I was taking it separately before; I like the combo. Of course it’ll take a while to know the long-term effects. This seems like a good quality supplement, though. The base is olive oil, so logically it tastes like olive oil. 😊

Ok…so I somehow thought There were two bottles( or an unnecessary item in the second side of box) in the box. I went to put the drops into a liquid. I didn’t realize the dropper was not attached soi dumped it and had to throw that out. That was a lot of waste, and wasn’t happy with myself. THE DROPPER ISNOT BUILT IN, YOU MUST ADD ITTO THE BOTTLE! I’m not sure why since the dropper does attach to the bottle. However, have more common sense than I did. Look first. The dropper is separate so you take the lid off then put the dropper on the bottle. If you have problems with absorption, a liquid isabrest way to go. No bad taste…I didn’t taste it at all. Recommend…just wish I had paid closer attention!

This is a great way to get the very important Vit D3 plus a bone-building form of Vit K, which enhances the Vit D activity. The dosage is only 6 drops. There is a slight olive oil flavor that some reviewers complained about, but we are taking about 6 drops! Put it in juice, your coffee, or a smoothie if you can't tolerate putting 6 drops under your tongue and going on with your day. The 1 oz bottle contains 100 servings - over three months' worth, so it is a very good value.

Very practical yo use if you don't like taking pills. It comes with a separate dropper. It has both D3/K2 vitamins together. Taste is good abit like olive oil and easy to use.

I've been using a high dosage of Vitamin D for many years. I've been using these drops in my morning smoothie. There is no taste. This is a good quality product, but too pricey for me to use once this bottle is gone.
